RETURNS
We want your pup to love their new gear! To maintain the highest quality for all our customers, we have the following return and exchange policy:
1. Return Time Frame:
All returns and exchanges on eligible items must be made within 14 days of the purchase date with a valid receipt.
2. Fit Check Final Sale Policy:
You are welcome to try on items in-store and ask for assistance to ensure proper fit. We will gladly take the time to assist you to ensure you are purchasing the appropriate size. Please note, once the item has been fitted in store and purchased, we do not accept returns. This is for boots, sweaters, jackets, harnesses, and other apparel.
3. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges on Walking Items (Leashes, Collars, Harnesses):
Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if the walking item is unworn, unused, and in newcondition with the original tags attached. If item was fitted in store, sale is final.
4. Size Exchange Policy:
If in-store fit check is not possible, size exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in original condition with tags attached. Exchanges are available for the same item only, we do not offer exchange for different items or refunds.
5. Final Sale on Toys:
For the health and safety of our pups, all toy sales are final. Due to hygiene considerations, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any toy once purchased.
6. Final Sale on Food and Treats:
All food and treat items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
7. Final Sale Items:
All clearance and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
